Hi,

I need a VOIP with around 5 UK Numbers, with the following:

1. To call Mobile and Landline in UK
2. Very Good Voice Quality
3. As much as possible Cost down, or around 8000 minutes per month included in the pack
4. Central Answer, Forward
5. Voicemail to Text, Browser for the Calls, Call Recording
6. Integrability with a variety of softwares (CRM`s, etc)
7. Preferable with Software Applications but also with SIP Phones free for usage

The first thing to check out is that your internet connection is good for the number of simultaneous calls you are likely to need.

And what is the SLA on that internet connection?
