Has anyone on this forum used Vista Print? I'm wanting double sided business cards printed?

Thanks ;)

Personally I wouldnt bother - I think the quality is awful. Have a word with Neil Digital on here much better quality, fantastic service and probably hardly any difference in price.

I've had good results from Vista Print in the past, but I usually refrain from saying so as the Vista-hate is so strong. The trick is never to go with the cheap quality paper. Of course, this means the end result is no cheaper than it will be anywhere else.

The reason I use them is convenience - I like designing stuff myself, often late at night. As for the perpetual spam, you can switch all that off from your account.

In general terms, you get what you pay for, if you want low cost, late delivery and poorer quality disposable products, then Vistsprint are as good or bad as any other.

But for good quality products, better delivery times and better service, choose a local printer.

Best prices usually come from high quantity orders.

Yup agree, have used them in the past without any probs, after a local printer made a pigs ear of our order.

For things like biz cards, party invites, straightforward and convenient. Don't know why more printers don't adopt a similar type interface, so I can order online. Or maybe they do

Consistency

All our cards are done by Vistaprint. Love them. Very good and a phone number to contact them at long last. They are not incredibly cheap but they are when you pay the extra extra incredible quality.

Their constant e-mails can be a pain if you forget to switch it off so maybe better ordering from a spare e-mal address. They can take a few weeks to deliver if you have them on slow but there is the option for quicker delivery if you cant wait.

I like to choose what I want rather than get all the hidden costs that people throw in with design charges etc. It is nice and straight forward and I can do it at my convenience.

Hmm, well it's either an undersell or an oversell, I can design and checkout in much less than 15 minutes, but unfortunately until I crack the space/time continuum we won't be able to get them in your hands in 15 mins!

That would have been impressive! 15 mins for the design and order is swift enough, although I fear it would take me longer, if Jamies receipes are anything to go by

We use Vista Print for a wide variety of products including polo shirts, brochures and banners. I have yet to be disappointed with the results.

I like being able to design everything myself without hidden charges. The quality is more than acceptable and delivery times are manageable.

I love the Moo Cards. they are also FAB because you don;t have to buy them in MASSIVE quantities.

I like to change mine sometimes and having 200 business cards is just ridiculous. I don;t give them out very regularly. 50 a year max.
This is why Neil at Scuba is so good. 100 cards for £15 (+ a bit for backprint, whatever) means that you can have cards done for one occasion, for instance normal details on the front and the exhibition you hand them out at on the back.
Helps people remember: 'Ahh Dawg, met him at GLEE 2010'...

Vista look like Vista. A business card should reflect what worth you believe your business has, plus some. Vista doesn't.

Thanks all..

To give you another example of my service, I printed 210 cards yesterday for a client with 21 different backs on, for £24 plus vat delivered.

I do print 50 cards for some clients, for £12 plus vat for some clients but because all my deliveries are by next working day courier, it makes them expensive.
