Anyone out there ever used or are using these new call centre PA systems like, AlldayPA and Miss Moneypenny.

All our team work from home, and it would be ideal to have a central 'person' to answer and distribute our calls, as our central number which rings round is getting somewhat tedious.

Your feedback would be much appreciated...

I've used alldayPa before and didn't have any problems. All they can do though is take messages or re-route calls, but be warned that re-routing can work out expensive, so check the prices and do your maths. alldayPA is 24hrs which is useful if you need that, Moneypenny is pretty much 9-5 and after hours there's voicemail.

The Virtual Office give a fantastic service - they offer post handling, PA services, call routing. You can even have a central London address/number for your clients.

If you already have a forwarding number you would just divert it to one of their lines and they would answer it in your company name and then do the ring round to find the people they should be forwardind the call to.

They are incredibly professional - I have been using them in some of my other businesses for years! I couldn't live without them now.

We use alldayPA who we find generally efficient and give a good first impression to our clients. If you cannot take the call, an sms and/or email message is sent to your mobile/pc. Clients can also get through regardless of your location - I have even taken a call on my mobile while in Portugal and Greece.

The times I ring people and the phone just rings and rings or there is just an answerphone/voicemail message and people just don't seem to realise the poor impression it makes!
