now i need your help again with this, this idea will sound crazy and may also offend, so am sorry if it offends any1, but please do forward comments and complains.

ok basically. this site and service is intentended for virgins( ocer 18s) who can auction away their virginity,
crazy i know,

its very much like and auctions site and a dating site, but just different.

this will be a free service of course,

can any1 tell me if this would be illegal, or would i have any legal issues, as the site, is just an auction site,

But, I do think it is almost prostitution (in my non-legal opinion) as the purpose of the site is to sell sex and I am sure others would take my view.

I also believe that it is utterly immoral to target such a vulnerable proportion of society and I think this could lead to harm of people in the REAL world as I am sure some of your visitors could be somewhat deviant.

I think it went for about £7,500.

yea, i realised it would cause alot of upsets, and i too feel they may be some legal issues, but i just felt there was a market for this. my biggest fear is young girls or even males being targeted by deviant characters.

so i think i will reconsider this. but i may just do it as a game site. nothing to harm any1. but basically the virgins can post their pictures, and a little bit of information about themselves. without publishing any contact details, or city of origin. and i would make sure there is no way any1 can find their contact details. as this site would be secured.

so bidders can just bid for free and the users can see how much they are really worth. i guess am still going to have more people upset. but am a 20 year old so i guess crazy ideas is all that is in my brain at the moment.

You are clearly an ideas person - your first idea was good but there were already others doing it - your second may seem like fun and possibly a money spinner, but I think you should listen to the comments which is sounds like you are.

However, I wouldn't bother going down the games site route - I would put the effort into developng another idea - don't be afraid to have ideas, work them up a bit and then let them go if they aren't right, and move on to the next one.

Have you heard of an ideas farm? Basically it is a way of capturing ideas and then working on them, and either trying to turn them into some thing or letting them go.

I guess you didn't pay much for the domain names, so they are probably only worth what you paid (or less!). Unless you build up a customer base/membership they won't be worth any more than that.

If you didn't pay much for them, I'd just forget them.

I have tried to sell good domain names in the past that had been on working sites with good traffic and I ended up letting them expire because of little interest in them.

Have a go - but I honestly would not expect a flood of enquiries for them.

i dont see why it wouldnt work. you are most likely going to get about a 95% male and 5% female audience for this sort of thing though, sexist i know but its how blokes work

any idea like this is going to offend somebody, however my view is if it offends you then you dont need to visit/look/listen to it. your market probably would be 18-21 year olds and if you went ahead i would strongly advise a £1 signup fee payable only by credit card to ensure they are 18 or over

and just because they are virgins doesnt mean they are vunrable lol.

most middle aged men or women are very unlikely to be virgins.

I have been involved in the adult industry and if there is one thing I know and thats

a) if there is a niche that is not exploted... there is ALLOT of money to be made....

b)legal or illegal it will sell, inter-racial is illegal in some states of the US and that only increases demand.
