Video Ads on YouTube anyone tried?

Hi
I was wondering if anyone has tried video ads on YouTube for their business, you know the video ads that appear before you start watching the video you clicked on etc. I was thinking about trying it for our teddy site but wasn't sure whether this was for big companies with big budgets? I tried the banner ads on YouTube via adwords and hardly got any clicks so gave up.

so I'm guessing that as no one has replied that the video ads are just for the bigger companies then? No one set this up for clients?

Yes, it works and you only pay if people watch the entire ad

thanks for replying, do we set it up via our adwords account? How do we target who sees it or does it just appear randomly?
