Very small USA fulfilment companies

In France and Germany we are only 2 people and offer customers direct access to our whatsapp numbers. Customers can visit any time. We only fulfill 50-100 boxes a day. If anything goes wrong we talk to the customers, there are no corporate 'procedures', no telephone barriers.

I'm looking for something similar in the USA, I don't really want to deal with the bigger copmpanies. Does anyone know anybody in USA like this, where it is small, human and reactive. It's impossible on the google search, as all the usual big ones are muscling into the space with google ad spend and tons of third party review site.

You can narrow your search down to the US state, but if you're trying to cater to all the states, your best shot is one of the bigger ones.
