We have used the same vehicle tracking company for 10+ years. I've been in touch with them to have a new vehicle fitted with tracking.
They have stated the following:
'We have recently changed the way we do business with Sole traders and are unable to offer any sort of a renewal, in line with recommendations from the FCA'

Does that look plausible? Just to clarify they have always been paid by direct debit on 12 or 24 months contracts. I'm surpised as they are one of the biggest in the UK.

Probably got something to do with traceability. Whatever the reason they have decided you are no longer eligible. Totally up to them who they deal with.

What an absolute load of ball hacks
The dodgiest operators in the transport industry are the the flyby night limiteds that start up shut down and disappear.

The sole traders are the most trustworthy
Small companies taxi drivers and O/D's
