hello i wonder if anybody can help me with this matter i run a small country pub not making alot of money and certainly not making enough money to put aside vat amounts and keep running. i have now fallen below the vat threshold and deregistered. but i have collecters from hmrc knocking the door looking for money owed from my first quater of trading. they have now referred my case to court and i am extremely worried about what the next steps are. any advice would be great thanks joe
