Hi, can I ask you for a help?
With Ltd company in UK that is not registered for VAT can I sell online services as follows?
Selling to:
1.) to UK businesses - no VAT required
2.) to other EU country business - EU business needs to be registered for VAT and has to pay this VAT in that EU country
3.) to EU customer (no business) - no VAT required
4.) selling out of EU - businesses or customers - no VAT required
Am I right? The issue here is that I will register new Ltd company and don't want to be VAT registered. All I would do is selling online services.
