Using different business names?

Hi,
i currently have 3 websites, one of them is in my business name.com and the other is different but selling same products. And the 3rd site is where all the billing is done for both sites.

How would i legally do it so i just register the 1 business name, is it just a case of using the same terms and conditions for all sites (On the billing site).

Example.

xyz.com - currently registered xyz
abc.com
payments.com - both sites use billing and support tickets for both sites through here.

I don't see the problem here. You register a Limited company and its name appears on the other two sites in the form 'ABC Services is a trading style of XYZ Limited'.

Terms and conditions can be the same for all three companies.

You may not even need a limited company.

What do you think the problem might be?
