You can either put a bin outside shoe shops - with their permission of course - there is one outside our neighbouring shoe shop - and it gets full within a day of them putting it out

Or

Contact the charity shops who will have large quantities of donated shoes to dispose of

Why don't you speak to one of the recycling operators that collect shoes and clothing as part of their doorstep recycling collection services, they need to find markets for reuse.
