Hello, i am starting a small online business. I am looking for used second hand clothes and accessories in UK designers preferably premium brands. Please let me know for suppliers i couldn't find much in Google. Thank you!

Essentially, there are very few suppliers of used clothing in the traditional sense. You will have to market yourself as a buyer of used stuff.

If you are looking for designer stuff you might be able to get redundant, or end of line, stock. What kind of prices are you expecting to pay?

Then approach the designers you want to stock re old season/seconds and invest in advertising to ask individuals to let you have their quality items on sale or return.

Those business who have quality second hand designer clothing normally sell it themselves online and in their own shops.

As mentioned if you can find new old stock then you would stand a better chance.
You've got to be doing something that the designers can't do themselves though? I know the guy who is involved in https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/peachsport and he just buys new old stock and bankruptcy stock. It's all about buying power though.

Even charity shops look out for quality items and either price accordingly or send to head office for a different sale

I think the best way is to become an online buyer of used clothes

Most second hand brands end up on ebay, all the major charity shops have ebay accounts for stuff that is too posh for their shops. They sell these items individually.

Your not gonna find wholesale used brands.
