Hi
I didn't realise Basic PAYE Tools wasn't real-time so now I have 2 sets of data. I have been using my laptop (whilst my desktop was being repaired)
How do I get my data from my laptop onto my pc without losing any data on either device please?

Solution
It's a few years since I used PAYE Tools but what I would suggest is first backing up the data on the PC in case this doesn't work.

As it is only one employee It should only take a few minutes to enter the gross pay for each payday manually and submit a corrected RTI report to HMRC for the final payday.

Basic PAYE Tools doesn't seem to support any method of importing data electronically.

If you need to swap computers again do a backup and use that in the new device.

Thanks for the info, I'll give it a go.
