'use of home' section on Freeagent

As per my many posts about not being confident that my accountant will file on time (the lastest timeline was 'I'll have them ready by Friday ' and NEWFLASH!! NO COMMUNICATION!'
So, I am trying to prepare on Free agent.
Theres a category of free agent for 'use of home'... how do I work that out?
The bills for electric , gas and wifi arent in my name. I use my desk at home in the evening for preparing and emailing quotes, invoicing, website updating, social media updates and general admin.
Desk is in a room whihc I wouldnt nornally use so any heating, lighting etc in that room is an extra which is definately due to business use but how would I calculate the amount?
