URL Links have been blocked

I cant seem to open any of my links on wordpress . They were working Saturday but i cant seem to recall doing anything to prevent me form opening them .any help

I cannot even highlight the url to change link as it seems to be on lock down mode preventing me form doing anything

Go to settings > permalinks and resave. You don't need to change anything, just resave.
