URGENT Pinnacle cart help

Please please please can someone help??!! This morning while doing a bulk product upload to the cart, instead of clicking update and add new, I click update and clear old data....this has resulted in me losing all of my products on the site. Is there ANY way of restoring it or un do the action??

Any help would be most greatfully received. Thanks

Ask your host to restore the database from the most recent backup available ... make sure you backup your current database first
