Have anyone tried this service? You drop it off at a specific store and DHL will then pick it up and deliver it to the designated location. I'm a bit concern because while booking it says:

''Collection and delivery are not guaranteed but currently enjoy a very high success rate''

Therefore your feedback is welcome

Yes, used it several times with no problems.

Particularly handy if you don't want to hang around waiting for a van to collect and a little bit cheaper too. Only downside for me is the size restriction of 800 mm length, most of mine are slightly over that so we cannot use the service for those.

Find your nearest drop off point and ask them what time the van usually arrives with them. You can book pretty close to that time and still get a collection as far as I know.

The "not guaranteed" line is a fairly standard disclaimer which you will find on most services, just to protect them. UPS are one of the better carriers though so I don't think you will be disappointed.

I use UPS Access point (in fact, I used it earlier today) but frankly if you're trying to convey being a well established decent sized business, it looks a bit mickey mouse, because in the tracking information the recipient sees that you've dropped it off at a parcel shop (upon which they instantly think "hmm, small player" cos I can't imagine anyone with a reasonable amount of parcels using a drop off at "Elsie's Mini Supermaket")

Most of my orders are Royal Mail (on account they fit in a large letter size package. so I only need to use couriers for larger B2B orders...but I wince every time I send the tracking details!)
