Updating Information at Companies House

Hello,

I am a director in a Limited Liability where my wife and her father each own a 50% share.

Her father is the MD and we are making my wife a director in a few weeks.

Does she have a right to have the access details to Companies House? Is there an obligation or duty of a director to be able to update and change information at Companies House?

If we request access directly from Companies House, will they give them to us?

I think you jet get a user name & password from them and can go in and updated details, add directors etc.

In changes in directorship must be filed with Companies House.

Check out their WebFiling system https://ewf.companieshouse.gov.uk/

You will need the authentication code that should have been sent to you when the company was formed though.
