Unique POS requirements and need some help!

Ok, so I am wanting to set up a POS system with an adroid tablet to make my life a bit easier with the paper work and save everyone a bit of time. At first my plan seemed very simple and straight forward and thought everything would be fine but apparently not.. . What I am looking for is an POS system that has their own chip and pin system that the customer can actually input their pin and not just one of these swipe the card ones; and I would also like to scan my barcodes....butttttt I want to use a bluetooth barcode scanner and not the camera and this is my major problem. So far the only POS that supports barcodes that I can find is Paypal Here but they insist I use the camera and not my own scanner. I thought I might be able to scan the barcode I assigned to the product into the description or the search and it would still pick up the product but apparently not

So my question to you guys is that do you know any POS that will be able to fill my requirements or does it simply not exist? If not what might be another solution?

Have you looked at airpos? Will probaby. Do what you want.

Hi Bovine, I am trying it out and the barcode scanning is working which is great! Do you know how you go about connecting it to a chip and pin?

Our Mobile PoS software is able to print receipts and scan product barcodes wirelessly via bluetooth, and also accept Chin & Pin payments. We launched our Mobile PoS solution in 2006 with the likes of Virgin Media using it in some of their stores. It does only work on an iPad, but we can certainly provide the features you require.
