understanding the Keyword Analyse Tools results info

Hi

I am using a free keyword analyse tool, and I understand the basic info it produces,

Top 10 Keyword

Single Keywords

Phrases etc etc

But when it shows the top 0 keywords, it also has varying figures in brackets against each keyword,

what does that mean? Is it how many times that key word is used in the website ?

Second question

when you have chosen your keywords and keyword phrases, how many times approx should you these on each page?

What product are you using?

As for website content keywords should fit in naturally with your content, not just randomly placed on a page numorous times.
