Unable to receive emails on a new account

Have just set up a new email account via Windows Live Mail.

I can send emails from the new account but can't receive them.

Could someone please point me in the right direction as to what settings I need to check (incoming server I presume).

Did you just register on live.co.uk or are you using an exchange server (or something similar)?

Are you getting any error messages that you can share with me?Check your junk email folder and also check spam filtering on the web mail access.
