Anyone heard of this webserver or reviews if they are any good?

I know someone who uses them, and they are ok as far as service goes. But man are they spammy. I used their speed test a few months back, and ever since I have been bombarded with a constant stream of emails and phone calls. They won't stop, regardless of how many times I ask.
