Ah @Ian J , that's because you're not a "Full Member"
Because I'm paying out for this service; we have invested into media and government screening services and also I'll be paying for Julia's time to coach any members as needed, this is for paying members only.
I would hope that it's worth the small price a year for full membership though

I have been a full member for years and if it's lapsed that will be because no-one told me that it was renewal time.

I've just noticed that my signature is no longer clickable. I never had these problems when Sift ran the forum

You should have had an automated email from PayPal as all the subscriptions are controlled through your PayPal account and not through the UKBF site itself. Each anniversary PayPal sends a signal to Xenforo confirming when the subscription payment is taken. It's an automated.

I never had these problems when Sift ran the forum

Sorry, don't know what to say. I'm trying .
If payment has come off your PayPal though please drop me an email with the transaction reference to [email protected] and I'll ask one my techs to try and work out what's happened. As I say, it's automated so should #JustHappen

I don't recall receiving an email from Paypal and having checked my transaction history from Paypal for the last couple of years I can also not find any payments having been made to Sift and/or UKBF

Do you know whether payments have historically been made only through Paypal as I could have used one of my many credit cards. All I know is that i used to receive notifications that I needed to pay for another year which i did promptly

Thank you. I was going to reply and explain that as there wasn't anything showing on your account for the past couple of years, and because I only took over in March, whatever happened here would have happened before my time. Glad it's sorted now, but if anything does play up just ping me.

I had about 6 years of free Full Membership while Sift was running the site. Paid once, never paid again and never lost my full member status.

Then @Ozzy came along...
