To the staff: how does UKBF Directory work?

I cannot reconcile the figures in the headings with what I find in the listings.

For example, take Accounting (240). Presumably 240 UKBF members under this heading, but the breakdown

1. Audit (6) ,
2. Bookkeeping (41) ,
3. Payroll (19) ,
4. Tax (28) ,
5. Business advisers (68) ,

adds up to 162, not 240.

If I click on Audit, I was expecting to see 6 UKBF members in there that are accountants and do audits, but there are only 2?

Also, some accountants who are active and recent UKBF contributors and are full members are not listed at all?

Simple answer is the numbers include deleted listings where someone was a paid member and had a listing, then didn't renew so their listing becomes hidden until such time they may renew again.
