We are looking to have some pictures taken at sites all across the UK. Just a few pictures of the business outside and inside. Does anyone know how I could go about getting a freelance photographer in the area to that site for half an hours work of so? Ideally a website that lists freelancers and I can just search by area. I know yell do it, and also with camera men for their video products they offer small businesses.

I do photography, it is tricky because you want to book someone for half an hour that normally works on half day or full day. I suggest you ask students to do this for you, ask uni's and colleges. If I took a booking on a day next week for a half hour shoot, then if another business rings me to book a 2 day shoot, I would have to so no sorry I am booked in on those day. This means I could loose £800.

If you want professional images...

Most photographers charge a minimum of half a day. If you want decent shots, you need to allow time for the photographer to discuss the shoot with you, get to the shoot, set up, do the shoot, get back to base, process and finish the images. I don't know of any photographer who could do this within half an hour.

If you want to commission a professional photographer you can look at NUJ freelance.

If you just want someone in and out in half an hour, get someone within your team to do it.
