It is quite comical sometimes when you get customers complaining about their site is really slow to load. You then run their site through http://www.webpagetest.org/ and they have 30 x 4MB images resized in html to thumbnails etc etc... Easy to use CMS systems have a lot to answer for.

Stay away from Switch Media. They are the type of firm that will give you a terrific first year rate, lock you in for a renewal and then shaft you with the next years invoice. The second year invoice will be at least five times the first year rate.

A slightly brash statement, I don't know the company, but what evidence or experience have you got to support that comment ?

With only one post to your name it sounds like you have a grudge against them for some other reason ?

Thats true, normally it should not take more than 2 to 3 secs.
