UK Hosting - Any Recommendations? Dataflame Anyone??

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of changing hosting. My shopping list is this:
Reliable - site remains up
Fast - this is really important, I want fast servers and quick response times
Good Customer Service - I want to be able to speak to someone in the event of a problem and I want them to be knowledgeable

A good price would also be great, but I'm more concerned about the above than simply finding a cheap solution.

Our site isn't huge - we get about 20,000 visits a month and it's an ecommerce site.

The company I'm thinking of using is Dataflame and I'm considering their VPS solution.

I'd be really interested to hear if anyone uses them?

And I'd be interested to hear GENUINE experiences with other hosting providers if you have a recommendation.

Please, please, please don't treat this as an opportunity to spam me. I'm really keen to find a GOOD solution based on the above, so genuine help would really be appreciate.

I use latehosting and have never had a problem with them on either there VPS or Reseller hosting, both are really good, UK server's constant uptime and no slow down's..

The company in my link are US based, and there also good, however for UK i would go for latehosting, im sure they are a memeber on here also.
