UK Forum Hosting

Can anyone recommend UK based web hosting capable of running a forum with 60k member base, although these days theres probably only 100 users online at once...
I'm currently with Liquidweb on a managed server option.

Is a cloud suitable for this ? Or better sticking to VPS or Dedicated

That shouldn't cause any issue for any company you'd expect from any hosting company that promote covering ecommerce and similar. Shouldn't need a VPS for a hundred concurrent users, but your biggest issue will be cyber attacks if the forum is well known.
