Typical utility bills

Hello.

We are considering moving into our own premises (leased) rather than a serviced office. In terms of budgeting, I wondered if people could perhaps provide me with an indication of what they are currently paying for their utility bills? The office space we are looking at is approx 900 sq.ft. We don't have machinery / production, just a standard office environment so lighting, pc's, kitchen area, heating, water etc.

It will help me with my financial planning to have some idea of what to expect. Thanks in advance.

Just ask the landlord they should be able to let you know what the previous tenant paid.

Thanks for some feedback but the property has its own power supply so the last tenant would have received the bills directly and I suspect had no reason to show them to the landlord. I will ask though just in case.
