Tuffnells - Parcels in network

Hello folks,

(I have searched and couldn't see any posts relating to this directly and was a bit surprised so apologies if there is one - I did see the post on alternatives courier options)

We have parcels that are currently at Tuffnells hubs etc around the UK, we are very lucky that they are fairly low value (under a few hundred £ per item and under 10 items).

I just wondered if anyone has had much sucess in collecting parcels? Can we send another courier in / are they likely to delivery any of these?

Any insight into this at all?

Bumping this thread as I, too, have a valuable item in transit and would like to know what will happen to it, or how we can find it to pick it up from the Depot.

I would assume that any items in the system are lost. I suspect that it is highly unlikely that you will see these again.

Time to make an insurance claim assuming you insured the items whilst in transit.

They will appear on one of the YouTube channels where people buy, and then film themselves unboxing, pallets of undelivered parcels.
