Trying to post in Press Release

Hi there

I am trying to put a new thread in press release section but keep getting a message saying I do not have permission for this - please can you let me know what permissions are needed? And if I cant post it there, can i ask for advice in the marketing area on how my press release looks?

nope not allowed and I would think you might just p** off us full fee paying members. No offence but it is only £36 / year

I really dont see the harm in posting a few words and asking if i have done it in the right way/format but fair enough - you used to be able to do it - as for £36 a year - i dont really wanna pay that just for asking for advice - thought that was the whole point here - everyone sharing advice in their specialist areas in the hope that u become known as an expert and when someone needs that service, your name is put around.

As far as I'm aware it wouldn't be an issue if you made a thread in the Marketing forum asking for advice on your Press Release, as long as it isn't of a commercial/advertising nature. That is after all the reason why the forum is there.

Thanks - just don't want to do anything that shouldnt be done - will make a post and if not right, I am sure I will find out soon enough

I agree with the previous post - the reason this forum has become what it is is because of FREE information sharing.

People want the benefits of being paid up - great.

Some people like sharing free information - great.

oops sorry answered that one in a hurry and only read the first half of your reply. Obviously you can ask for advice. I meant the publishing of the PR is only available to full members. Sorry to upset you guys - less haste more speed
