You can't close an account once it's opened so I don't want to try it without knowing the features of the free account. The free account has a trial of all the features of the paid for account then you lose those features and you get limited features - those features are not stated.

I'm looking for someone who is still using their free account after the trial to tell me the features of the free account.

It won't be a free account after the trial, it says on the website that they contact you and discuss the best plan for you after the trial so i guess each person would be different dependant on what their website requires.

When the free account ends you either go for a paid up plan, which they will discuss with you or you can decide against it and not use them at all.

But thats upto you if you decide to still use their code on your site, if you don't want to use it just delete the code, Your 14 days trial will come to an end and thus your account will be closed.

I used the free trial and then decided it was too expensive to continue. The Free trial is the same as the paid version, only it runs out after 14 days

What does the 14-day trial include?
The 14-day trial includes all the features you can find on Trustpilot except for "Unique links" which are custom-designed for only Enterprise clients. In addition, we will give you 300 kickstart credits to help you maximise reviews from your recent customers. We'll make sure you start collecting reviews in no time at all. You'll see a difference even before your trial period has ended.

Thanks for your help but as I said before I'm looking for someone who uses the free plan to tell me about it. You don't use the free plan so you can't help me. I know for a fact that they have a free plan after the trial ends.

If you use them for a trial and get bad reviews then the reviews stay there in your public profile. You can't close your account so the reviews stay there. People will think those bad review sum up my business when in fact I may be using a different review site instead where I have positive feedback.
