Trouble with bt ring central

Hello all,

I am having trouble forwarding by bt ring central number to mobile.
Every time I accept the call, the line goes dead.
I have tried to contact their technical department, but every time I do that, the line goes dead as well!

Is anyone else having this experience - or is it just me not doing something right?

It is running fine for me, try ringing BT from another phone.

Thanks for your reply. Its working fine on my landline and I have tried phoning BT on landline. Its just my mobile I am getting a dead line - I even tried it on my husband's mobile last night and his was dead too :|

Oh right, i have it going to my landline, never actually tried to divert to a mobile. Hopefully there are others on here doing so who can comment.
