Hi there.
I'm working at DPD via The Best Connection. I'm earning below the tax freshold but am getting taxed - I don't mind, I'm treating it as a savings account until April.
I am however losing money because of the TTWS. They give me tax relief on travel expenses and charge me a % of it. Problem is I cycle to work and have never filed any expenses. This week I lost £40.
Does anyone know if they are allowed to make claims without your input?
Do I have any grounds for a refund?
