Trauma Cleaning Services

Trauma-Cleaning

Hi all,

I have recently been made redundant in the public sector and have been weighing up business venture ideas.

I thought of one idea and would be extremely interested in doing so, 'trauma cleaning' hence the name. I live in Leicestershire, so most places are within an hours drive.

I have looked into the Health & Safety surrounding this and healthcare would obviously be something I need to look into deeper.

What I wanted to ask is how would I get the work cleaning after murders and deaths etc. and what would I charge for the work as it is pretty specialist work.

Any other advice would be fantastic.

Ewan.

Do a search for BRADI, which will help you.

There are a number of training courses, it is not the type of thing you can just start, like general cleaning.
Don't expect an easy ride for this kind of work, I have a few acquaintances in this area, and it is very tough getting the work. As an add on to general cleaning could be a better option

Hope that helps

...And they are part of a bigger cleaning group.I imagine any police force would be very wary of an individual pitching for this type of 'work'...Pretty much the same if you turned up to a mortuary asking for a job cleaning bodies. Very suspicious and disturbing.

Might suggest you have another think about this particular start-up.
