Hi, what does it mean by representing a business? and where it says including employers, sole traders they are only talking about representation and not if your an employer or a sole tarder register as an organization? Thanks

So you would only register as an organization if you represent an employer etc?

Are you trying to register your business as employer so that you can run payroll for your employees? if yes , you need to login to your existing gateway account and then click on Register for HMRC taxes
