translating prestashop to welsh

Hi all,
I am trying to translate a prestashop website in to welsh. I can download the english file, but then I need to translate it. All the files are web files like .php etc whats the best way to edit these?
There seems to be so many files in the english file, do I need to translate all of them?
I have been at this all day trying diffreant ways, and I feel I am getting nowhere
really appreciate any help, or the ultimate thing, dose anyone even have a wlesh file that i could use.

I started to fill in these boxes changing the French one to welsh, but this is taking days to do, as I have to copy and paste each word in the boxes at a time. I have downloaded the english language file and think if I can translate this and this upload it then it should update it all. The problem is though in the english file there is so many files to change I am not sure which ones need changing? and also how to open them to edit them?

okay I am starting to give up any one fancy giving us a quote to do this for us (add a welsh option) and at the same time a quote for transferring all our product images from zen cart to prestashop.
