Transferring Basic PAYE Tools onto a new computer

Does anyone know how to transfer the basic paye tools from an old computer and onto a new computer?

All I can find is how to transfer if you want to have it on a network! I only want to take it off an old computer as it is on its way out and now have a new one.

It's easy, just take a back up somewhere away from old pc

Install tools on new pc

Recover from backup file

Can you not just download the current tools and then import the data?
