Transferring a vehicle to a Ltd Company

In the process of transferring the ownership of MY (personal) van into the ltd company

On the V5C in section 6 it asks for

Title or Business name - so that's easy thats "mycompany ltd"

It then asks for Forenames and Surnames -Now, if it is a ltd company - should this info need to be updated? Or should this be one of the directors names?

then after that, there is a section marked FOR COMPANY USE ONLY - DVLA/DVLNI Fleet Number - What?? i've never heard of such a thing? Do i need to get one, where do I get them from?

FInally, further down it asks for a driver number - is that your driving licence number? (although it does say i can just give teh mileage instead - so i'll do that!)

I'm bumping this one up again as I've been unable to speak to anyone at the DVLA - must all be taking an extended holiday over christmas - and they haven't replied to my email query.

Any ardvice appreciated chaps

When I purchase my vans and car they just left the first name and surname blank. Also the DVLA fleet number will not apply to you because you only have one van.

If you operate a fleet of vehciles or any heavy goods vehicles you must get an operators number or fleet number but this is not applicable to you.
