So I've given up trying to give my partner redeemable non-voting shares as its a bit confusing, even after calling A1company, they just loaded my with infomation.

I have 100 (100%) Ordinary shares and I want to transfer 50 of them to my parnter, we are not married so they cant be gifted.

How do I go about doing this? Do I Just fill out a stock transfer form, and issue her with a shares certificate and then update the share holders when doing the yearly accounts?

Yes.

Fill out a stock transfer form, issue a certificate and update the company records. No need to tell Companies House about it right away

The annual return will take care of that.

Any reason for a 50/50 split? How about 49/51 so you can get a majority vote.

Once I fill out the stock transfer form do I need to file it somewhere, or do I just keep it for the companies records?

I'm not too bothered about having the majority vote, I wanted to do it so I could buy back the shares if things didnt go to plain.
