Transfer site to OpenCart

Hi

Does anyone know how easy it will be to transfer an E-commerce site from DoYourwonSite to OpenCart?

It would be a question of exporting the products to a CSV file (which appears you can do) and then Import the CSV into opencart

All the other design would have to be done in addition

Bare in mind if you have any juicy SEO going on that you will need to get your 301 redirects sorted out so you don't lose any work you have done to date

As above, moving the data across should be relatively simple using the CSV export, the main process will be porting the design across and sorting any issues that arise including URL's (and redirections) and adding the same functionality into OC (certain card systems, etc)

I would contact a OC developer who you can sit down with and go through the process with, as there will be issues occurring which will need sorting.

Ok, thanks for your help both of you. I will look into it the process of the CSV exporting and importing.

And good point about the URL, it is something else I am looking at!
