Trading name on stationary question

Hello

Hope someone can help me.

If i have a company, say a company limited by guarantee and i set up a new business/brand offering a different service to the CLG, do i need to disclose this on the new business cards, flyers, website, etc? I've been looking on the net and can’t find an answer.

The law states that you must disclose the legal entity and ownership, plus an address at which places can be served.

e.g. say you were trading as myhousestuff, but are in fact 123ltd. then it would be

123 ltd t/a myhousestuff 10 a Street, A town, A county a postcode.
