As per my recent post - we signed Licence and it states - Peter t/a as "PSource Ltd". What exactly does this mean? I signed this licence as individual or my company signed it?
If you are directors of a limited company you dont't "Trade as". The company is a separate legal identity. You should have either signed as directors of the company or as individuals.

Title of the licence states - Licence Agreement dated xx/xx made between "Landlord xx" and Peter t/a "PSource Ltd". I signed with my signature and abbreviation (Peter Xxxx).
