Trademark or copyright issue

A supplier is trying to sell me some Vespa lamps, the lamps are shaped like the front of a Vespa scooter and they have the Vespa logo on. Will this be considered an infringement on Vespa’s trademark / copyright if I buy them and sell them on my website?

If they have the Vespa logo on, most definitely.

Get your supplier to remove the logo, at the very least.

That will depend on if the supplier has a license from Vespa to produce these. If not then it will be Trademark infringement.

I agree with the above comments. If the supplier has a license then it will be no issue I think. If not, then you need to think again so that afterward there will be no problem raise.
