Trademark Dispute (Advice Needed)

I have recently bought a transit van, bought a domain name and built a website to promote/advertise a small 'man & van' service that I provide. The website has been live for about 4 months.

Last week I was contacted by another larger 'man & van' business with a registered mark who are accusing me of 'passing off' saying that there could be likelihood of confusion amongst the public.

We both have two completely different logos. The only similarity is that the words 'man' and 'van' appear in each domain name but in different orders. The other similarity is that both domains contain a word/colour that alludes to the type of service we offer.

Any help on where I stand would be greatly appreciated.

One does need to know the domain names and to view the websites in order to understand the issue better. Does the OP know of any evidence of actual confusion caused?
