This is my first post so be gentle!

HMRC did a BRC on our company and it all went okay apart from the mileage records on our company car fleet. I thought, as a company, we were pretty compliant, but they pulled our mileage records to pieces mainly because our staff were rounding trips up to the nearest ".0" or ".5". Anyone has expeience with this? Or a solution to help? I have looked into digital mileage tracking as a solution but have no experience with it so does anyone use that?

I recently had a sit down meeting with ABAX - they offer do something called Triplog - which hits my needs pretty well- Is that someone you have heard of or would recommend?

You could use a GPS tracking device that reports mileage to a server.
I believe they are more accurate.
