Hi Ricky,

If you are calling businesses you should screen against both TPS & CTPS every 28 days.
It doesn't matter if you are using an offshore call centre, it is the organisation that is the beneficiary of the calls (ie. you) whose responsibility it is to remain legally compliant.

There are a number of ways you could look to screen your data, ranging from you or your call centre becoming a licensee, or to use an online screening service. There are a number out there but I would recommend:
