Tower Crane Training Idea.

Hello all.

Im an experienced Tower Crane Operator. Yes one of them crazy’s who sits in the sky!
When I did my training 6 years ago, I quickly realised there is nothing to look up or revise from on this. It’s very niche.
Since then I have created social media’s and a YouTube channel, posted in the link below.
It seems to be very successful in the short few months I have been doing the videos.

They’re only a few test centres in the U.K. who do this course. I’m wondering if, I approach them for advertising/ if I sell my own training product/ If i sell courses as a middle man.

I have looked at setting up my own training centre and the cost with these great machines. It’s not something I can find the money for.

All advise is welcome and idea’s, please feel free to drop me a message.

The link to the channel (it won’t let me post the link).
“Cranes Trained” on YouTube. You won’t miss it.

Many thanks

Good stuff Jason. Its a niche market so I would suggest getting a LMS ( learning management platform ) and monetising it online buy selling courses either direct to the end user or companies. I am guessing they need refresher courses. Look into getting your courses accredited by someone.

Good luck with it.

Yes I know these. Can I ask how this would help my cause?
Sorry, spelling mistake. I meant Lever Pullers.

If you're considering offering crane driver training, a lot of people use those groups looking for training or asking how to get into the job.
So these type of forums may be where you want to focus your marketing efforts.

Another idea:
Rather than resell other people's courses, why not offer part of the course yourself....you could offer the theory side of it and practice questions through a website.
