Hi Guys
I've been doing the course on fresh banana's and am following the guide on getting seed keywords and making keyword lists based on Adwords keyword planner.
I have a top category page with 3-4 keywords that have between them 4-5k avg monthly visitors, which I would like to target. When I look at the sites at the top of the list, they are all US based companies, with no UK companies appearing in the first 2-3 pages. When I add UK/Ireland into the search terms in keyword planner the searches are getting a few 100 max. But I know from my site that I sell 90% of that brands products into the UK market.
So my question is, what strategy could I use to lure the UK customers to not use the US firms and come to a UK based supplier. I can add UK/Ireland to the Meta Titles and the descriptions etc, but should I still target these kewords dominated by the US suppliers and hope that my serps with UK in them will get my CTR's?
