What is the best thing you have ever had in your mouth?

(I am refering to food and drink of course. So please keep your answers clean - Gillie may be looking.)

For me.
Sea Trout fresh caught 30 minutes before, stuffed with wild herbs and cooked on an open fire.

Surrey, UK.
probably something from a birthday present last year - a 7 course fine dining experience at Sir Christopher Wren's house in Windsor.

I'm oscillating between 2 from that evening:

lobster tortellini - light, flavoursome, great texture - complimented the wine marvelously (the food was chosen to complement each of the 7 wines)
or
the best cooked and perpared medallion of venison I have ever tasted

I kinda depends. I can think of sumptious meals made of stuff I wouldnt normally go for, and plain old surloin steak in pepper sauce cooked lovingly at home.
I can also remember emerging from the wilds after 3 days and someone handing me a cheese and tomatoe sandwich - I can still taste that sandwich to this day.

Something you want to tell us eh? :p

Whaat...like I'm a preghead who keeps forgetting everything and eating the house dry?
I've slipped it into a post previously somewhere, but I'm not really one for making big announcements like this by starting a whole new thread on it! Besides, I'm anon like most people here so it'd be pointless.

I miss all the gossip around here :D

Here's to a happy healthy pregnancy :D

(oh, that's right, you'll be cutting down on drink - never mind, I'll drink that one for ya :D)

I hope things stay well too...went on a bit of a binge over new year 'cos I had no idea, such an idiot!
I guess it's safe to say I won't be touching another drop of drink again for the forseeable future.
